Relaxation
With my Relaxation therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is used occasionally when muscles are stressed in unnatural ways and develop knots. In Trigger Point Therapy you and I will stay in contact constantly to ensure the potential discomfort does not become too much for you. My clients usually leave slightly sore but then are thankful the next day.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of pressure in general used on an area of the body. As a certified Registered Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
About Me
Where I came from and how I got here
My name is Alley. I was born in Hong Kong and studied both abroad and here in Cambridge. I got my massage therapy degree from Westervelt College as well as receiving a Kinesiology degree from Brock University. I moved to Elora to join the Wright Foot Clinic because Dan treated me and I really like small town communities. I hope that I can make a difference in this place by helping people.
